RETURNS
Orders made at allgoodthingspaper.com are eligible for return for up to 14 business days after the receipt of product. A pre-paid label will be provided upon request. Items must be received within 21 days of return request - if items are not returned with in this window, return will be voided. Refunds to the original payment method will be less any original shipping fees paid and less a return shipping fee of $10. To initiate a return, please email hello@allgoodthingspaper.com and include your order number in your request.
Sale and sample sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All custom orders are final sale.
If your order falls within these guidelines and you would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at hello@allgoodthingspaper.com. Any unauthorized returns can be subject to denial.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
